Privacy

What we collect

• Your email and name when you sign in, add a business or event, or leave a review.
• What you post: descriptions, photos, business contacts, reviews.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address to fight spam and abuse, device and browser type.
• Usage statistics: Umami counts visits without cookies; Microsoft Clarity may record how pages are used (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve the site. Clarity masks form fields.

Why

• To let you sign in and manage your entries.
• To show businesses and events to visitors.
• To send emails about your own actions (sign-in, moderation status).
• To protect the site from spam and fraud.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell personal data. It is processed only by the providers the site needs to run: Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection, photo storage), Neon (database, USA), Resend (email), Umami and Microsoft Clarity (statistics).

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie. Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies for analytics.

You can edit your entries in your account, or ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it — write to rvsrudik@gmail.com.
